Clean and comfortable! The homemade cookies were a hit as well! Most of all, we were having trouble with our TV and the front desk manager took care of it without hesitation! She was awesome!
front desk staff was AMAZING. were very communicative and helpful for various issues. the rooms were nice and clean, the sizes were just right, and the bathroom was a good size as well. the location is really good, only a few minutes away from the downtown area. it's is right adjacent to the highway, but i was able to sleep well without any loud vehicles. definitely one of the smoothest hotel experiences i ever had and would stay here again without a doubt.
It was fantastic I came in late the day I checked in and the overhead night gal I think her name was Laura gave me a bagel and something to drink as I hadn't eaten yet. The hotel was clean and staff so friendly!!!!
We love this place! Samantha and the rest of the staff bend over backwards to make sure we are comfortable and taken care of. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby and facilities are welcoming and well appointed for comfort. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world. I can attest that Cobblestone Inn directly competes with all of them. Been there before. It is always super clean and everyone is very helpful. Met a cleaning lady named Jessica and she was super sweet and did a super great job cleaning my room. Will be back just on the fact of how sweet she was and how clean the facility was.
Located just on the west edge of Denison and close to most of shopping is close by. The staff here is supper friendly and helpful. Especially Laura and Brittany. They made sure our stay was perfect. Our room was very clean and everything worked. All of this shows how much care the housekeeping and maintenance staff give to all the details of their job. If you’re in Crawford County I would recommend a stay here.
I come into town from time to time to see relatives in the area. As always, I enjoy this place. Everyone is so helpful and respectful as with previous visits. I'm so glad to visit a hotel that definitely has not gone down hill. The room was quiet, really clean and very comfy. I was most grateful for the early morning breakfasts that are prepared well and a lot earlier than most hotels seem to get theirs out! A snow storm had hit and the parking lot and walks were well salted. The staff sure made me feel safe and at home!
I was extremely pleased with my visit to this location. I was working at a location nearby, I work nights. I slept great during the day, was not Disturbed at all. The beds in this location are incredible! The morning breakfast was really good also.
